In this class you will be guided on how to activate and clear meridian channels while practicing gentle yoga asanas, in combination with breathing techniques, resistance stretching, sun salutations and balancing postures. You will receive gentle pressure point massage into the meridian acupressure points while in certain postures helping to open up the specific meridian channel.
There are 14 Meridians that are expanding and contracting energy through the organs in our body. Practicing Meridian yoga aids in balancing the physical, energetic, and mental bodies, clearing negative energy and increasing vitality within you.
